01 What’s included in the monthly retainer versus the seat fee?
The retainer (Social Accelerator or Social Influencer) covers all creative production, scheduling, community management, and on‑site content days. The seat fee pays for the software licence, platform uptime SLA, and up to two support tickets per active location each month.
A location is considered active if it publishes at least once during the billing month or submits a support ticket. Inactive or seasonal stores can stay archived for $10/location per month.

Yes. You can move between Accelerator and Influencer—or adjust seat counts—any time with 30 days’ notice. Your onboarding assets transfer automatically.

Most brands with 100–300 locations go live network‑wide in four weeks: Week 1 profile connections, Week 2 content library import, Week 3 pilot location, Week 4 full launch. Larger networks may add an extra 1–2 weeks for training.
No. Workspaces organise stores, but your HQ team can manage every location from a single login with role‑based permissions. Local managers get individual access if you choose.
All plans include cross‑profile dashboards covering engagement, follower growth, and top‑performing posts. You can export PDF or CSV reports, or schedule automated email reports.
Two rounds of revisions per asset are covered; additional rounds are billed at our standard design rate ($15/hr). This safeguard keeps timelines predictable for both teams.
Organic content is included. Paid‑media management is optional—10 % of ad spend for bundled clients, with no minimum.
The retainer covers local shoots within 50 miles of a serviced hub. Additional travel is billed at cost (mileage or airfare + lodging).
