01 How do you connect to my MLS/IDX?
During onboarding we authenticate your brokerage or agent IDX feed via secure API credentials provided by your MLS board. Data updates every 15 minutes, keeping new listings, price changes, open houses and sold statuses in sync.
02 What’s included in the seat fee?
Each active seat covers the platform licence, IDX data sync, Smart Scheduling, analytics dashboards, and up to two support tickets per agent per month.
03 What counts as an “active” agent?
An agent is active if they publish at least one post or open a support ticket during the billing month. Others stay on an inactive seat ($10) so their data is preserved without publishing.
04 Can agents approve posts before they publish?
Yes. You choose full autopublish or one‑click approval during setup. Agents can approve via desktop or mobile.
05 How long does onboarding take?
Most teams go live within 48 hours: IDX connection, template upload, short agent orientation, first automated post. Larger rosters may add a day for staggered training.
06 Do we need our own graphic templates?
We recommend supplying brand‑approved templates (New, Open House, Price Drop, Sold). If you don’t have them, our creative team can design a starter set at our standard rate.
07 Can we run paid ads through Morphed Social?
Organic listing posts are included. Paid‑media management is optional at 10 % of ad spend—no minimums.
08 What reporting comes standard?
Dashboards show reach, clicks, inquiries, and follower growth per listing and per agent. Reports can be exported as PDF or CSV, or emailed automatically.
09 What happens if an agent leaves the brokerage?
Their seat can be reassigned to a new agent immediately. Historical performance data stays attached to the property records for compliance.
10 Is there a contract term?
Month‑to‑month by default. Many brokerages pre‑pay annually for a 5 % discount and guaranteed seat pricing.
11 How secure is the data?
The platform is hosted on AWS, uses AES‑256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2 in transit, and passes regular penetration tests. Only listing data required for social posts is stored.
12 Can I limit what an agent can edit?
Yes. Role‑based permissions let you restrict editing, approve‑only, or view‑only access per agent.
